Elizabeth
Garza
Mar 21, 1971 — Jul 16, 2026
Odessa
Elizabeth Garza, age 55, passed away peacefully on July 15, 2026. She was born on March 21, 1971, in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico, to Daniel Burrola and Rosario Burrola.
Elizabeth was a woman whose smile could brighten any room and whose laughter was impossible to forget. Her joyful spirit was one of the many qualities that made her so special to everyone blessed to know her. Whether life brought moments of celebration or times of hardship, Elizabeth remained a calming presence, offering comfort, encouragement, and unwavering love to those around her. She had a remarkable ability to lift the spirits of others simply by being herself. One of Elizabeth's greatest passions in life was riding motorcycles alongside her beloved husband, Joe Garza. Together, they found freedom on the open road, embracing every adventure and creating countless memories. She loved the thrill of riding and cherished the opportunity to see the beauty of the world from the seat of a motorcycle.
Elizabeth also had a deep love for animals and cared for each of them with tenderness and compassion. Her dogs, birds, and chickens were more than pets, they were part of her family. She found peace in camping and spending time outdoors, where she could appreciate the beauty of God's creation and experience nature firsthand.
While she had many passions, nothing in this world meant more to Elizabeth than her children and grandchildren. They were the center of her life, her greatest pride, and the apple of her eye. There was nothing she would not do for them, and she made sure they always knew how deeply they were loved. Her family was her greatest accomplishment, and every moment spent with them was a treasure.
Elizabeth is survived by her devoted husband, Joe Garza; her loving parents, Daniel Burrola and Rosario Burrola; her children, Orlando Garza, Thalia Garza, and Fabian Garza; and her three cherished grandchildren, Orlando Garza, Oscar Garza, and Giovanni Garza.
Elizabeth's beautiful smile, contagious laughter, compassionate heart, and unwavering love for her family will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Though she will be deeply missed, her legacy of kindness, strength, joy, and unconditional love will continue to live on through the lives she touched.
