Rosalinda was born January 18, 1947, in Del Rio, Texas, to Luis Rodriguez and Maria Cuellar.
She was a woman of incredible strength, having fought cancer for over 30 years with quiet courage and unwavering faith. Through it all, she remained a light to everyone around her-always kind, always patient and always full of love.
Rosalinda was a devoted mother, grandmother, and a woman of God. Her faith guided her life, and she carried it with humility and grace, she loved her children and grandchildren deeply, and her greatest joy was being surrounded by her family.
Those who knew her will remember her gentle spirit, her warm heart, and the way she made everyone feel cared for and welcomed. She was truly a humble and loving soul. The kind of woman who left a lasting mark on every life she touched.
Rosalinda is survived by her loving children, Belinda Tavarez, Danny Tavarez, Cere Medina, and Adela Ortiz; along with her cherished 15 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and many other family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing she is at peace and in the presence of the Lord she loved so much.
She will be forever loved, always remembered and deeply missed.
